Puppy School

Designed for puppies up to 15 weeks of age

At K9ET, our goal is to create an optimal learning environment for both puppies and their guardians, setting you up for long-term success.

Throughout the course, we provide you with practical training and management tools to help navigate common puppy challenges such as toilet training, chewing, time alone, socialisation, mouthing, and more.

In week 1, the puppies stay at home while their guardians learn training techniques and the main principles of humane animal training. This is a crucial step in setting your training up for success.

During the remaining weeks we focus on building essential life skills you can use every day, including:

• Mat training

• Swap (trading items safely)

• Hand target

• Sit and drop on a mat

And of course, a big part of puppy school is socialisation. Your puppy will learn how to interact appropriately with others, develop good play skills, and build confidence - all while you connect with other puppy owners.

For the best results, we recommend combining puppy school with our Puppy Play Group - the perfect way to help your puppy grow into a social butterfly.

Limited to 5 puppies per class

Program cost: $250

Locations: Richmond & Hawthorn
