Service Description

Foundation Skills Classes run for six weeks and cover topics such as: - Problem solving (similar to puppy class, plus aggression, ball obsession, barking, destructive behaviour, digging, dominant behaviour, inappropriate toileting, meeting people etc) - Loose lead walking - Heeling - Sit, drop, stay, focus and recall - Introduction to the three "D's"

Cancellation Policy

At K9ET, our objective is to provide a professional and supportive training environment for both dogs and their owners. To ensure the safety, comfort, and success of all participants, we ask that you adhere to the following policies and rules during your participation in our group training courses. 1) Video Recording Video recording during classes is strictly prohibited, except for authorised personnel of K9ET, in accordance with our Privacy Policy. 2) Vaccination Requirements All dogs attending training courses must have up-to-date vaccinations. A copy of the vaccination record must be submitted to our team prior to the commencement of any classes. 3) Leash Policy Dogs must remain on a lead at all times, unless specifically permitted by the instructor. 4. Supervision of Dogs Dogs must not be left unattended at any time during training sessions. 5) Punctuality Participants are expected to arrive on time for their scheduled classes. In the event of late arrival, participants should wait for their dog to settle before joining the session. 6) Make-Up Lessons Make-up lessons are available upon request. For further information, please contact our team. 7) Age and Gender Restrictions Entire males must be under 12 months of age to participate in the training courses. Bitches in season are not permitted to attend classes. In such cases, participants may suspend their current course and rejoin a future session. 8) Attire Appropriate clothing and footwear must be worn to each class (e.g., no sandals, thongs, or open-toed footwear). 10) Public Holiday Exclusions Classes will not be conducted on public holidays. 11) Liability Disclaimer K9ET and our venue, Hounds of the Hood, do not accept responsibility for any accident, injury, loss, or damage to persons or property that may occur during the course of training. 12) Required Training Equipment Participants are required to bring the following equipment to each class: Non-retractable, non-bungee lead, training collar, treats 13) Sale of Training Equipment K9ET offers high-quality training equipment for sale at competitive prices, often lower than the recommended retail prices.
